Choose the learning job before the app
A strong reading session keeps attention on meaning. Look up only what blocks understanding, save a small number of useful phrases and return to the same passage with less support.

Choose a session length you can repeat, then assign a clear action to each session. Track completed minutes and meaningful outputs—lessons finished, pages understood, conversations held—not streaks alone.
